Selleks, et Indiaanikülas oleks mugav ja turvaline kinnitate meid külastades, et jälgite meie kodukorda.

Territooriumil asuvad veekogud tiik ja Massu jõgi, lisaks mitmed erinevad trepid ja sillad (libeduse ja kukkumisoht).
Vette hüppamine on rangelt keelatud.

Tuleb arvestada, et vastavalt ilmale ja aastajale võib esineda libedust kogu territooriumil.

Sildadel ja treppidel võib viibida korraga max 2 inimest.

Indiaaniküla õuealal ja murul on mistahes mootorsõidukitega liiklemine keelatud, auto saab parkida tee äärde.

Keelatud kasutada pürotehnilisi tooteid.

Tiigi sügavus on kuni 2 meetrit, üldjuhul vähem. Talvisel ajal jää tekkimisel on tiigis jääauk. Vette ja jääauku minek toimub omal vastutusel. Laste viibimine veekogu läheduses on lubatud ainult täiskasvanute järelvalve all!

Indiaaniküla ohuallikateks on veel puuküttega ahjud, küünlad, lõkked ja grill, mis tähendab, et nendega tuleb käituda vastutustundikult ja kõiki ohtusid arvesse võttes.

 

Kümblustünnist vee välja laskmine on rangelt keelatud! See tähnedab, et ära eemalda ühtegi korki, ega ava ühtegi kraani!
 

Külaline kannab hoolt kompleksi korrashoiu ja puhtuse eest kogu külastuse aja jooksul. Külastuse lõppedes on külastaja kohustatud Indiaaniküla üle andma samas seisukorras, nagu see vastu võttes oli.

Palume mitte liigutada Indiaanikülas olevaid disainelemente (näiteks küünlad). Ka kõik muud esemed palume peale kasutust panna tagasi omale kohale.
 

Siseruumides on suitsetamine keelatud. Suitsetamine on lubatud vaid välitingimustes, selleks ettenähtud tuhatoosiga varustatud kohtades, mis asuvad grillmaja ja lõkkekoha juures!
Mahavisatud suitsukoni eest on trahv 50€!
 

Indiaaniküla territooriumil, kaasa arvatud püstkodades, tornsaunas ja kümblustünnis on keelatud kasutada kemikaale. Sealhulgas ka šampoone, palsameid, dušigeele, vannivahtu jms.

Prügi sorteerimiseks on vastavad võimalused loodud, palume seda teha!
Lubatud on vaid Eesti pandipakendid.
 

Kui Teil on külastuse ajal millestki puudus või miski ei toimi nii nagu peaks, siis palume meid sellest koheselt teavitada.
 

Purunenud inventari puhul palume meid koheselt teavitada misjärel proovime üheskoos lahenduse leida.

Varalise kahju tahtliku tekitamise korral on Jõe Puhketalu OÜ-l õigus küsida vara väärtuse kuni 3 kordset hüvitist.
Sama kehtib kahju tekitamise korral, olles tarvitanud alkoholi, narkootilist, psühhotroopset või muud sarnase toimega ainet.

Lemmikloomad on lubatud, kui nende kaasavõtmisest on eelnevalt teavitatud.

Lisatasu lemmiklooma eest on 10€.

Jõe Puhketalu (Tipi village) is intended for a private and peaceful getaway, suitable for couples and small groups such as families, friends, small companies, sauna clubs, training groups, etc.

Arrival and departure times can be adjusted by agreement with the Chief of the Tipi Village.

You can make a reservation via phone, Facebook, our website, or email.

After booking, we will send you an invoice for the booking deposit. You can also inquire about available dates through the same channels. The booking deposit must be paid within two working days and amounts to 50% of the total booking price. If the prepayment is not made within two working days, we reserve the right to release the booked date. In case of cancellation by the client, the deposit (50%) is non-refundable. If the cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before arrival, the client is required to pay 100% of the booking amount. In case of cancellation by Jõe Puhketalu OÜ, we will refund the deposit or the full amount of the booking. In the event of force majeure, Jõe Puhketalu OÜ is not obliged to refund any prepayments and reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings. A booking may be postponed once, for up to 2 months, provided we are notified at least 7 days before the scheduled visit. By making a reservation, you confirm that you are responsible for your own safety and that of your companions on the territory of Jõe Puhketalu and in the tipis. Please be mindful of your own safety and especially that of children.

To ensure comfort and safety during your stay in the Tipi Village, by visiting us you confirm that you agree to follow our house rules.

 

There are bodies of water on the territory – a pond and the Massu River – as well as several stairs and bridges (slippery surfaces and risk of falling). Jumping into the water is strictly prohibited. Please note that depending on the weather and season, slippery conditions may occur throughout the territory.

A maximum of 2 people may be on a bridge or stairs at the same time.

Driving any motor vehicles on the yard or grass areas of the Indian Tipi is prohibited.

Vehicles can be parked along the access road.

​

The use of pyrotechnics is prohibited.

​

The pond depth is up to 2 meters, usually less. During winter, an ice hole is made in the pond. Entering the water or ice hole is at your own risk.

​

Children are allowed near the water only under adult supervision!

 

Other potential hazards in the Indian Village include wood-burning stoves, candles, campfires, and grills — all of which must be used responsibly and with caution.

​

Draining the water from the hot tub is strictly prohibited!

Do not remove any plugs or open any valves!

 

Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and order of the complex throughout their stay. At the end of your visit, the area must be handed over in the same condition as upon arrival. Please do not move any decorative elements (such as candles). All other items should be returned to their proper places after use.

 

Smoking indoors is prohibited. Smoking is allowed only outdoors, in designated areas equipped with ashtrays near the grill house and campfire area.

A €50 fine applies for discarded cigarette butts!

 

The use of chemicals (including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, bath foam, etc.) is prohibited anywhere on the territory, including in tipis, the tower sauna, and the hot tub.

 

Please sort your waste — facilities are provided for this purpose.

 

If you notice anything missing or not functioning properly during your stay, please inform us immediately.

In the event of damaged property, please notify us right away — we will find a solution together.

 

In case of intentional damage, Jõe Puhketalu OÜ has the right to demand compensation up to three times the value of the damaged property.

The same applies if the damage was caused under the influence of alcohol, narcotic, psychotropic, or similar substances.

 

Pets are allowed, provided that we are informed in advance. The pet fee is €10.

Feeding the animals of Jõe Holiday Farm is strictly prohibited!

 

Guests are required to follow all fire and water safety regulations, both those listed above and those required by law.

The large tipi is equipped with a smoke detector and a fire extinguisher.

 

All of the above conditions apply to all bookings, as well as public events and similar visits. By making a booking (and paying the deposit), you confirm that you have read and agree to all the terms and conditions listed above.
